Resolution 00929RESOLUTION NO. 929. NIXING TIME FOR HEARING OBJECTIONS. WHEREAS, the council of the city of Alameda did, on the Sth day of May, 1925, pass its Resolution DJ! Intention Nh. 79, N. S., to order the opening and extending of Eagle avenue in said city, under the provisions of an act of the legihlature entitled, "An act to provide tor the laying out, opening, extending, widening, straightening, or closing up in whole or in pert, any street, square, Jana. alley, court or place within municipalities, and to condemn and acquire any and all land and property racessary or convenient for that purpose," approved March 5, 1899, and amendments thereto; AND WHEREAS, notices of said contemplated work and improvement were thereupon conspicuously posted along the line cf said proposed street, and a notice similar in substance was published. in time, form and manner as roquirod by law, as appears from tha affidavits in the office cf the city olerk; AND WHEREAS, persons interested have made written objections in the time, form and manner provided by law, which objection have been laid before the city council, now therefore, it is tereLy RESOLVED, by the council of the city of Alameda that Tuesday, the 25th day of August, 1525, at the hour of 8 o'clock p. m., in the council chamber at the city hall, to, and tee samenis hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing said objeCtions, and the city clerk is hereby instructed to immediately notify tha persons making said objections by depositing a notice of the time and place of said hearing in thm post office of the city Of Alameda, postage prepaid, addressed to each objector respectively, I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly aid regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled or the 18,th day of Augmot, 1925, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Latham, Ndiss, Noble, Probst and M.-resident Oti , (5).
