property containing respectively 1.80 acres, 26.55 acres and 27.52 acres of land on
Bay ?arm island, by deed 'dated the 15th day of 'September, 1926, from G. 0, Stephens
and M. Louise Sterheno, his wife, of the Town of Belvedere, County of Marin, Stkite of
California, and Frank L. aYlor Mildred H. Taylor, his wife, ef the City and County
of Ban Francisco, said state, to the City of Ahameda for the consideration of Twenty-
five Thousand Dollars 025,000.00), and said council, acting for and on behalf of said
grantee, hereby o' es to the recordation of said deed'.
