RESOLUTION OF ACCETTANOTE AND CONSENT' TO RECORDATION.
HESOITED, by the Council of the City of Alameda that the deed or grant from
the South Shore Land Company, a corporation, to the City of Alameda, a - municipal cor-
poration, dated Rovember 3, 1925, conveying to said City of AlameCa tact certain real
property sitaate in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California, and
being
a tract of tidelands iE San Francisca Bay designated as portions
of lots numbered 20, 21 ond 29- in Section 11 and portion of lot
numbered 4 in Section 14, all in Township 2 South Range 4 West,
Mount Diablo Base and Meridian,
to be used is and for a public park, playground or recreational aenter, on th condi-
tions specified in said 36a, be and the sane is hereby accepted, and said Council
actin' for and in the name of said grantee Fives its consent to the recordation of
said deed and directs that this resolution be attached thereto, as required by Section
1159 of the Civil. Code.
