CHANTINC A PERMIT ?OR A LICENSE TO SKIL SOFT DRINKS. 1HFREA3, applAcatiots have been made by the persona hereinafter mimed for a permit to sell non-intoxicating 'oeverages, commonly called soft drinks, in the City of Alameda, in accordance with the provisions and requirements of Ordinance No. 262, N.. S. of said city, now therefore be it HESOLVBD, by the Council of the City of Alameda that a permit be and it is hereby granted and a licenSt is hereby authorized to be issued 'under and in pur- suance of the provisions of said. ordinance authorising the snle and dispensation ,of non—Intoxicating beverages, commonly called soft driniis, by the following persons and at the following places to wit: HANK BLACK Anderson Matson TreeMons° A. Todd 121S Lincoln Avenue. 1357-1339 Park Street, 820 Lincoln Avenue. 13022 12, that the license collector b.e, and he is hereby authorized and directed to issue a 1i3E118G to sail persons under the provisions of said ordinance upon the payment by said persons to said city of Alameda of the license tax of $5.00 per year or fraction thereof, payable in advance.
