!NI) VSLLNEAS, said lands were assessed to the .outh Shore Land Company
and the second installment of taxes amounting to S13.08 remains unpaid, now
therefore, to it
3ES=10, by the Council of the City of Alameda that in accordance with
the agreement of purchase of said property the second installment of taxes amounting
to )$13.08 as aforesaid be, and the same is hereby cancelled, and the assessor and
tax collector, respectively, are hereby authorised. and directed to cancel the same
or their respective books.
the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of AlalacA
in adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 20th day of December, 1925, by the
following vote, to wit:
