DIRECTING THE TRANSFER OF 13,734.29 ?ROM
THE GENERAL. FUND. TO THE EAGLE AVENUE OPEN-
ING F313 NO. 78.
NHENEAli, the Council of the City of Alamedo, pursuant to the provisions
of Resolution of Intention Jo. 7F3, N. 5., has taken steps for the opening of that
portion of Na.fin Avenue described in said resoldtion of intention under and in
L1) suance of the provisions of the Street 0:pening Amt of 1.989,
AND WELP,R3AS, the city treasurer hoo received from the superintendent of
streets certain moneys colleuted on account of the assessments levied for said
onening which, upon receipt thereof, he has placed in the 3enere1 ifund,
AND WHEREAS., under the proons of Section 1G of said Street Opening
Act of 1589, the city treasurer is required to plase all moneys so received into
the fund designated by the name of the street, now therefore, to it
RABolAJD, that all moneys so oolleoted and received by the city treasurer
on account of said opening, which moneys amount to the sum if Three Thousand Seven
hundred Thirty-four and 11/1GO Dollars (13,834.29), be and the SHME are hereby
directed to be transferred from the General Fund to a sepsrate fund to be known
as the "Ilagle Avenue Opening Fund No. 78, which fund is nerehy created.
HESOLNED further, that the auditor and the treasurer be end they are
hereby directed to make the necessary transfer upon their respective hooks.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foreghing Resolutich was daly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the council of the city of Alameda in ad-
journed regular meeting assembled on the 29th day of December, 1925, by the follow-
ing vote to wit:
