JRANTING A PERMIT FOR A LICENSE TO 5E= SORT DRINKS.
WHEREAS, application has been made by the person hereinafter named for a
permit to sell non-intuKicating beverages, commonly called soft drinks, in the City
of Alameda, in accordance with the provisiOns and requirements of Ordinance No. 262,
N. S. of said city, DOW therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the council of the city of Alamoda that a permit be and it is
hereby granted and a license is hereby authorized to be issued under and in pursuance
cf the provisions of said ordinance authorizing the sale and dispensation of non-in-
toxicating beverages, commonly called sort drinks, by the following persons and at the
following place to wit:
h71emming Hennessy
PLACE.
1410 Encinal Avenue.
RESOLVED, that the license collector be, and he is hereby authorized and
directed to issue a license to said person under the provisions of said ordinance upon
the payment by said person to said city of Alameda of the license tax if 45.00 per year
or fraction thereof, paystie in advance.
the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the council of the city of Alameda in regular
meeting, assembled on the 19th lay of January, 1925, by the following vote, to wit:
YES: Councilmen Latham, Nis, Nobla, Travers and President Otis, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
