AliEREAC, the rintendent of Str e s, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 78, N. 5., and the provisions of Section 16 of the Street Opening Act of 1889, tads and levied certain assessments for the opening of that portion uf Eagle Avenue described in said resolution of intention, AND AHEREAS, Assessment #43, against S. L. Johnson, amounting to 046.51, Assess- ment f54, against X. A. C. smith, amounting to 8E1.95, and Assessment 109, against E. H. Molems, amounting to E744.50, became delinquent pursuant to the provisions of said Section 16, whereupon the property represented was sold to the city in the same manner as provided for the collection of state and county taxes, now therefore be it RESOLVED, that the 3112n of One Hundred Torty-three and 06/100 Dollars ;0143.06), representing the aggregate amount of said assess-ments, be and the aamet 16 hereby trans- ferred from the leneral Tund to the Eagle Avenue Opening Fund :To. 78, as consideration for the sale of said property to the City of Alameda. RESOLVED FUHTHAR, that the Auditor and the Treasu rer be urd they are hereby directed to sake the necessary transfer upon their respective books.
