RESOLUTION 0? ACCEPTANCE AND LAIDSENT TO RECORDATION.
(East End Fire House Lot),
RESCLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that the grant dated December
7th, 1925, from Kate Lawrence; an unmarried woman of said city, State ot California, to
the City of Alameda, a municipal corporation, conveying to said city Lots 9 and 9, Block
82, of the Stratton Survey, in said city, te and same is hereby accepted by said city
council, and said city'coufcil hereby givens its consent to the recordation of said grant
and directs that this resolution be attached thereto.
tha undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adabted by the coomcil of the city, of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 2nd day of February, 1926, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Latham, Reiss, Noble, Traver and President Otis, (5).
