tion, all that certain real property situate •in thp City of Alameda, Otosinty of
Alameda, State of California, on the West side of Oak Street, distant.. 98 feet,
9. inches Southerly from the Southern lino of Santa Clara Avenue and extending
Southerly along Oak Street 50 feet, with a uniform Resterlyidspth of 150 feet,

is hereby accepted, and said Council, acting tor and in the name of seta grantee,
hereby gives its consent to the recordation of said deed or grant and orders this
resolution to be attached thereto, as reacgred by the provisions of Section 1158
