WHEREAS, applications have been made by the persons hereinafter named for a
permit to sell nonointoxhcating beveragms, commonly celled soft drinks, in the city of
Alammda, 1 ith the provisions and requirements of Ordinance No. 262,
of said city, now therefore be it
