WHEAEAS, abplications have been made by the persona hereinafter named for
a permit to sell non-intoxicating beverages., commonly called soft drinks, ill the
city of Alameda, in accordance with the provisions and requirements of Ordinance
No. 262, N. S. of said city, now therefore be it
AESOLVED, by the council of the city of Alameda, that a permit be and it
is hereby aranted and license is hereby authorized to te issued ander,and nuosocnce
of the provisions of said ordinance authorizing the sale and dispensation of nen-
intoxicating beveragas, commonly called soft drinks, by the following persons and

per year or fraction thereof, payable in advance.
