WHEREAS The Oakland Bank, a corporation, did rCaeretofore dedicate to the
public for the uses and purposes cf public 'highwacis certain streets set forth, laid,
down, an0 . designated uron that certain map entitled "Fern side, Alameda, California",
which said map was duly recorded in. the office of the County Recorder of'said •
Alameda County on. the 9th day of J 1925, ir„ Ear Book. 4 at pages 73 and 77, and
specifically naming said. streets in said:Dedication it did inadvertently omit there-
from-the namm 7airview Avenue, and

mnblic for uses and purposes of public highway' said Tairview Avenue as so aet forth,
laid down, delineated and designated on said map, and.
WHEREAS the Council of the City of A lameda aid duly and regularly 25 by law

NOW,THEREYORE, BE T' RESOLVED that the. Council of said. City Of Alameda do
and. Ices hereby' approve, accept, take over and adopt for use as public highway said
Tairview Avenue as the same is laid down, delineated and designated 'on said Map
entitled "Ternside, Alameda, California".
