advises should be invested in city, state or federal 'bonds in order that the city

RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that the city treasurer
be, and he is hereby authorised t invest such portion of any sarslus money he may
have 11 the treasury as he may deem wise and expedient in any bonds already issued
