LND WHEREAS, the City Treasurer requests permission to deposit said amount
in the General ?und of the city until such time, if ever, as the parties to whom the
respective sums belong may demand payment of the same, now therefore, it is hereby
RESOLVED, that tho City Treasurer be and he is hereby authorized to deposit
said on of ONE HUNDRED FIHTY-ONE AND 70/100 DOLLARS (li161.70), representing said
unpaid redemption funds, into the General Eund of the city, and the Auditor and
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to make the necessary transfers on
their respective books.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that tho foregoing Resolution was duly
and reTularly introduced and adopted by the council of the city of Alameda in rogular
meeting assembled on the 4th day of May, 1926, by the following vote, te wit;
AM: Councilmen -Latham, IleiEQ, Noble, Traver and President Ctis, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
