AUTHORIZING AiM DIRECTING TREASURER TO DEPOSIT
CERTAIN MONEYS IN ME GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, t} CityTreasnror has in his possession the sum of 7ORTY-FIVE AND
45/100 DCILARS (,1145.45), received by him for sale of a dilapidated building formerly
situated at 2240 Buena Vista Avenue on April 13, 1921, said sum being to the credit of
H. Brand, whose last named place of residence was in France,
ANT NEREAS, the City Treasuser has requested that said sum be deposited in
the General Fund subject to withdrawal hereafter by said H. Brand upon proper uroof and
idertil;,yee therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Gity freasurerbe ana he is hereby direoted to deposit the
said sum of Y0Y-2IV E AND 45/100 DOLLAR'S (45.45) into the General 7und of the city,
pursuant to his request, and said officer and the City Auditor are hereby authorized
and directed to make the necessary transfers on their respective books.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alnmeda in regular
meeting assembled on the 4th day of May, 1926, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Latham, Neiss, liable, Traver and President Otis, (0).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
