RESOLUTION ON ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT
20 RECORDATION ON DEED.
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that the deed or grant
dated the 8th day of February, 1925, conveying to the City of Alameda, a municipal
corporation, all that certain property in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda,
State of California, described as follows.
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Eagle Avenue,
distant Easterly thereon Ofe hundred and one feet from the east-
erly lira of Webster Street, as said street and avenue are delin-
eated and so designated upon that certain map entitled, "Map of
the Sheparason property, Mastick Station, Alameda', and filed in
the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County, California,
September 11, 1578, in book 2, page 47, and run' ina thenoe easterly
along the sootherly line of EaelE Avenue Produoad, Tour hundred and
oinateen ana 34/100 fest, more or less, to a point on the westerly
line of the Southern Pacific Company's Right of Way; thence North
50 56' Rest, SiTty and 5C/100 feet thereon to a point on the north-
erly line of Eagle Avenue produced; thence Westerly thereon your
hundred and eleven and 58/100 feet, more or less, to a point oats. One hundred end one feet easterly from the easterly line of Webster
Street; thence at right angles southerly sixty feet and to the point
of beginning,
be, and the some in hereby accented, and said Council, acting for an( n the name of
said srantee, hereby consents to the recordation of said deed or grant and orders this
resolution to be attached thereto, all in accordance with the provisions of Section 1156
of the Civil Code.
