WHEREAS, :applications have been made by th) persons hereinafter named far
permit to sell nen-latoxitiating beverages, commonly °ailed soft drinks, ut the city
of Alameda, in accordance pith the provisions and requirements of Ordinance No, 262,
N. 6. of said city, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the couno il of the city of Alameda, that a permit be and it
is hereby granted and n license is hereby authorized to be issaed under ana in ;pursu-
ance of the pravisions 01' said ordinance authorizing the sale and dispensation of non-
intoxicating beverages, cohconly called soft drinks, by the following rersons and at
the fellowing places, to wit:

RESOLVED, that the license collector be, aad he is hereby authorized and

per year or fraction thereof, wcyable in advance,
