Resolution 01058RESOLUTION O. 1058. REQUESTING RAILhOAD CardIshelON 70 G:lANT THE APPLICATION OP THE GOLDEN GATE TERRY 00MTANY. RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that, in the opinion. of said council, public interest and convenience demand the establishment and operation o another automobile ferry line between Alameda and San Francisco in addition to the 07119 about to be established by the Southern Pacific Company, wherefore the Railroad Commission of the State of California is hereby requested to grant the application of the Golder, Cate Ferry Company for a certificate of public interest and convenience to establish such other automobile ferry line, which applitation has been filed with said commiesion and set for hearing on the sixteenth instant. RESOLVED FURTHER, that the clerk be, and he is hereby instructed to send a oopy of thie resolution immediately to the Railroad Commission of the State of California, State Building, San 2ranciaco. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 3rd day of Aegast, 1925, by the following vete, to-wit: AYES: Councilmen Tatham, Noble, Traver and President Otis, (4).
