GBANTING A YEKMIT POR A LICENSE TO SELL SOFT DRINKS.
WHEREAS, application has been made by the person hereinafter named for
a permit 'o sell non-intoxicating beverapea, commonly called soft drinks, in the
city of Alameda, in accordance with the provisions and requirements of Ordinance
No. 262, N. S. of said city, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the council of the oity of Alameda, that a permit be and
it is herety granted and a license is hereby authorised to be 'Iasi ed under and
in pursuance of the :provisions of sold ordinance authoriring the sale and ait-
D ensation of non-intoxicating beverages, commonly called soft drinks, by the
following person and at the following place, to 0r t.

HESOIVED, that the license collector be, and he lc bereby authorized
and directed to issue a license to said person under the provisions of said
ordinance upon the Payment by said party to said city of Alameda of the license
tax of 5.00 per year or fraction thereof, payable in advance.
