INSTRUCTING TUE ATTORNEY' TO PREPARE A RESOLUTION
OP INTENTION' pea THE IMPROVEMENT CT BLANDING AVENUE.
RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that the city attorney be
and he is hereby instructed to prepare, in conjunction with the city engineer, a
resolution of intention for the improvement of Blanding Avenue from the eastern line
of or Streot to a point 265,73 feet easterly of the eastern line of Broadway.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the council of the city of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 5th day of October, 1026, by the following vote, to wit:
