BESOLUTION CAE:CEILING TAXES ON CITY PROPERTY.
WBEBEAS, the assessor has assessed to C. Q. Stephens and T. L. Taylor the
property a:scribed. on the annexed tax bill for the som of Ten and 60/100 Dollars
AND WHEREAS, said property has been leesed by the City for use as a
municipal golf course, under the terms of which lease all taxes mast be peiti by
the city, now therefore be it
AESONTED, by the Coluicil of the City of Rlameda that the assessor and
tax collector be and they are hereby rognested to cancel said assessment and taxes
on their respective books.
