ANTHONIZING THE MSYOR TO ZIECUTE A CCUTd1CT WITH
THE ARCH1TEOT ON TRE ITUNICIPAI d0b2 CLUB SOUSE.
hEERNAS, the City of Alameda has entered into a contract for the constraption
of a club house on the mhhicipal stir coarse of the city located. on Bay dorm Island,
and it is desirable to employ an architect therefor, new therefore be it
1ESOLVED, by the council of the city of Alameda that the meyor of the city
be anD he is hereby- authorised to enter into a contract with Carl. 33. a. competent
architect, for furnishing the plans 1 s0. specifications and supervasing the construction
of a olpl homes on the m.unicipal golf course of said city located on. Bap"- dorm island,
and provide in. said contract that the compensation to said Carl Werner for his archi-
tectural servicee in that respect be and the same is hereby fixed at six per cent (6%)
of the total cost of said club house,
I, tha nndersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing desolation was duly
and regularly ihtroduced and adopted by the council of the city of Alameda in regular
mooting assembled on the 7th day of December, 1926, by the following vote, to wilm
