NNERHAE, an easement, has been made and taxEs have been levied. in the sum of
One Hundred Eighty-six and 32/1( E Dollars (4166.32) agbinst Nlook 7 in that certain
tract known as the Hays sub Caperton property,
AND WHEREAS, since said assessment wee made and said tax was levied said
property has boen acquired by the City of Alameda for a grammar school site and the
title is bow vested in the city, now thbrefore be it
XESOLVP4), by the Council of the City of Alaxeds, that thE taxes against
said property be and the same are hereby ordered cancelled, and tae Assessor and Tax
Collector are hersby instructed to take the necessary changes on their respective hooks.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Xesolation was 'duly
and. regularly introduced and adopted hy the council of this oitp of AlamEda. in reghlar
