WHEREAS, application has been msde by the person hereinafter named fsr
permit to sell nonwintoxieating beverages, commonly called soft drinks., in the city
of Alameda, in nocordunce with the provisions swd redfirements of Ordinance Do. 262,
S. of said eitq, now therefore be it

is hereby granted and a license is hereby authorized to be issued under End in pur-
suance of the provisions of said ordinance awddiorizing the zEle and dispensation of
hoheintokicating beverages, cmmmohly called soft drinks, by the follownng person end
