Resolution 01118RESOLUTION NO. 1116. RESOLUTION CANCELLING TAXES. (Re Washington park). WHEREAS, the City of Alameda recently acquired a portion of Lot No. 21 in Section 11, Township 2 South, Range 4 Woot, M. D. B. 5 M., from Robert C. Strchlow and Clive Benedict Strehlow (his wife), as an addition to Washington Lark, and WHEREAS, the second installment of taxes due on said property, amounting to the sum of EIGET AND 10/100 DOLLARS ($8.10), remains unpaid, now therefore be it RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that said property having teen acquired by the city for a public purpose, to-wit, as an addition to Washington Lark, said,second installment of taxes, amounting to the sum of EIGHT AND 1.0/100 DoLLAas ($8.10), is hereby cancelled, and the Assessor and Tax Collector ere hereby instructed to make the necessary changes on their respective books. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and reEalarly introduced and adopted by the council of the city of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th day of February, 1927, by the following vote, to wit: 5Y25: Councilmen Latham, Neiss, Noble, Traver and President Otis, (5).
