Resolution 01119RESOLUTION NO. 1119. FOR ZONING BAY FARM ISLAND. RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that the city planning commission of said city investigate the situation on Bay ?arm Island respecting the question of establishing districts or zones for the use of property on that portion of the island where such districts or zones have not been established, said city planning commission to make a tentative report and hold a public hear- ing thereon in the club houae on the municipal golf course Wedneedq evening, March 16, 1927, in accordance with the provisions and requirements of the gen- eral laws of the state providing for the establishment 02 zones or districts within municipalities. RESCUED, that a copy of this resolution be sent to the city planning commission with instructions to give the notice required by the provisions of said act. I, the underaigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted tyFthe council of the city of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th day of February, 1927, by the following vote, to wit: YES: Councilmen Latham, Neiss, Noble, Traver and President Otis, (5).
