TO THE GENERAL FOND.
RESOLVED, by the council of the city of Alsmeda, that there Lo and there
is hereby transferred from the Electric Light Pond to the General Fund, the sum of
Tour Thousand, EiF,ht hundred and Twenty-one and 35/100 Dollars, (4,821.35), as a
dividend, same teing the amount of the city lighting bill for the month of January,
1927,
The Auditor and the Treasurer are hereby authorized to make said transfer
on their respective books.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foreguin6 Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the council of the city of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the Tot day of March, 1927, l the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Latham, Neiss, Noble, Traver and ?resident Otis, (5),
NOES: None.
