REQUESTING KEY SYSTEM TRANSIT COMIANY TO REPAIR TRACKS
AND ROADBED.
WHEREAS, the street railway tracks and/or roadbed therefor. on Webster
Street and Canto Clara Avenue are in such e dmlapidated condition, as to constitute
a menace to the safety of all persons making use of said highways, it is hereby
RESCUED, by the council of the City of Alameda that the Key System Transit
Company be, and it ie hereby instructed to put its railway tracks and roadbed in good
condition and repair immediately,
RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution bm sent forthwith to said Company.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
ru regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 15th day of March, 1927, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Latham, Kelas, Traver and President Otis, (4).
NOES. one
ABSENT: Councilman Noble, (1).
