GRANTING A PEaMIT 201i A LICE ASE TO SELL SOJTT DRINKS.
WHEREAS, applications have teen made ty the persons hereinafter named
for a permit to sell non-intoxicating beverages, eommonly called .soft drinks, in
the city of Alameda, in accordance with the provisions and requirements of Ordinance
Nov 262, N. S. of said city, no therefore be it
REEOLVED, by the council of the city of Alameda, that a permit be and it
is hereby granted and a license is hereby authorized to be issued under and in pur-
suance of the provisions of said ordinance authorizing the sale and dispensation
of non-intoxicating beverages, commonly called soft drinks, by the following persons
and at the following Places to wit:-

1:1SOLVED, that the license collector te, and he is hereby authorized and
directed to issue a license to said persons ander the proVisions of said ordinance
upon the payment by said parties to said City of Alameda of the license tax of :O5.00
per year or fraction thereof, payable in advance.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Nosolution was duly
and regc1arIy introduced and adopted by the °canal]: of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 15th day of March, 1927, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Latham, Neiss, Traver and President Otis, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmen Noble, (1).
