WHEREAS, W. A- -Ruse°, on March 16, 1927, procued a theatre license to
conduct a theatrical performance in the High School Auditorium, paying the sum of
12.50 for the same, and
WHEREAS, said theatrical performance was not given and the proposition
has teen abandoned, on account of which said W. A. Masco has requested that the
amount of said license be refunded, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that said sum of Twelve
and 50/100 Dollars (12.50) heretofore paid by W. A. Uusco for a theatre license be
ond the same is hereby ordered refunded.
I, the undersigned. hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and re1ar1v , introduced and adopted by the council of the city of Alameda in regular
mee ting assembled on the 5th day of April, 1927, by the following vote, to wit:
AY35 Councilmen :Latham, Peiss, Noble, Traver and President Otis, (5).
