VAIEREAS, apalications have been made by the persons hereinafter named
for a Permit to sell noniatoxicating beverages, commonly called soft drinks, in
the City of Alameda, in accordance with the provisions and requirements of Ordinance
No. 262, J, S. of said city, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the council of the city of Alameda, that a permit be and. it
