AVENUE, AHD CONSENTING TO THE RECORUAT1UN CF. SAID
GRANT.
aEsoiv, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that the deed or grant from
Noble ?. Justice and Marian B. Justice, his wife, to the City of Alameda, a Municipal
Corporation, dated May 28th, 1927, conveying to said city that certain piece or Parcel
of land situate in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State cf California, and
more particularly described as follotls:
Commencing at a point on the west line of Lot 13, in Block 29,
said point being distant southerly thereon 42 ft., from the north-
west corner of Lot d, as said lot and block are delineated and so
designated upon that certain map entitled "Alameda Pori ( Homestead",
filed. May 30, 1874, in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda
County, California, in Book 17 of Yaps, Page 32, and running thence
easterly and parallel with the northerly line of hot B, 101 ft., to
a point on the northerly line cf Bay Island Avenue; thence N. 500 30'
W., along the northerly line of Bay Island Avenue, 101.49 ft., to a
point on the westerly line of Lot B; thence 9.98 ft.., southerly there-
on to the point of commencement,
for use as a public street, and more particularly as a portion of Bay Island Avenue, be
and the seas is hereby accepted, and said council, acting for and in the name of said
xrantes, hereby gives its consent to the recordation of said deed or grant and orders
that this resolution be attached thereto as required by the provisions of section 1155
of the Civil Code.
I, the undersigned, herety certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council cf the city of Alameda in regular
moeting assembled on the 7th day of June, 1927, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Onlcutt, Latham, Neiss, Noble and President Otis, (5).
