GONTIRMING ASSES:5E= ON AITEAS.
WEETEAS, the Council of the City of Almmedh, did heretofore pots its Resolution
o intention, No. 61 N. S. for tho improvement of Blanding ATenvie, between 5ark Street acid
a point Two Hundred Sixty-six and Severity-three One hundredths feet easterly of the eastern
line of Broadway° under and pursuant to the provisions of the Improvoment Aet of 1911, and
whereas the contractor for said wark'has fulfilled his contract to the satisfaetion of the
Street Superintendent and City Engineer and an assessment has been made to abrer t- work
performed and speoified in said contrat and a d.iagrem attached in apoordance with law.
AND AS said assessment was filed wit' the City Clerk and notice thpreof
printed, published and mailed. in the time For ond manuato required by lor fg Tuesday
the 5th day of July, 1927, in tha Council Ghamber of sada City Council, at the hour of 6
o'clock m. as the time and place Jr hearing the owners, contractor, aasignp, or any
other person interested in said work feeling aggrieved by any action or determination of
the Street Supernntendent City Engineer or Contractor having or makinz cry objection to
t assesoment, diagram, or other act of the officials or contractor in relation thereto.
AND WHEREAS no objection of ally kind to said assessment, diagram or other act
or proceeding of tha Street Superintendent, City Enmineer or Contractor ander the prJr7i-
3ions of Section 21 of said Act has been filed with tho City Clerk, and 'o claim has been
made that the work has not been performed according to the contract and no appeal Whatever
has been made to the City Council and the Council being satisfied of the correctness of
said assessment the same is hereby approved and. confirmed and the Street Superintendent
is hereby ordered to :attach his warrant thereto as provided by lay.
