finds and, determines that the public interest and necessity recudre the acquEsition
by said City of Alameda for use by said city for school parpEses all of that certain
lot, Pince or parcel 0f land situate, lying and beimg in said City of Alameda, Gounty
of Alameda, State of California, and mere particulatly described as foliose;
Beginning at tho point of intersection of the Soutrnastern
line of Ghestnat Street, with the Scathweptern lino of :Lincoln Avenue,
