WHEREAS, application has been made by the person hereinafter named for
a permit to sell non-intoxicating beverages, commonly called soft drinks, in the.
city of Alameda, in accordance with the provisions and reqairements of Ordinance
No, 262, N.S. of said city; now therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the city of Alameda, that e permit be and
it is hereby granted and a license is hereby authorized to te issued under and
in pursuanoe of the provisions of said ordinance authorizing the sale and dis-
penaation of non-intoxicating beverages, commonly called soft drinks, by the
following person and at the following place, to wit;

RESOLVED, that the license collector be, and he is hereby authorized
and directed to:issue a license to said person under the provisions of said
ordinance upon the paymant by said party to said city of Alameda of the license
tax of 5.00 per year or fraction thereof, payable in advance,
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the council of the city of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled an the 6th day of September, 1927, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES; Councilmen Oalcutt, Latham, Naiss, Noble and President Otis, (6).
