RESOLVED AND DETERDIWED by the Council of the City of Alameda, that
pabitic interest and necessity demand the accuisitipn, construction and comple-
tion of the following municipal improvements in. abd for said City, to wit:
1. Street Rork, including the improvement of bark Street,
Webster Stroet,,Almmeda Avenue, Bay Island Abenum and Bay Shore Drive.
2. The adquisition, construction and completion. of public
parks, and
3. The construction of a firm house on bacific Avenue near
Webster Street,
tthe cost of chimh, Severally or colleetively2 will be too sreat to bb paid
out of the ordinary annual inbomb and revenub of said Oity.
