FROM THE MOLE TO THE TUBE.
abAOLVED, by the Coancil of the City C f Flameda, that the application of the
Stoat.: Western Poser Compnny of California, a corporation, for permdssion to con-
truct, maintain and orerate.a pole lino from the Leathern Pacific Pier to the
Alameda portal of the tube, on consideration that said hole line be so placed
as not to interfere with the Alamsda airport, be sod the same is hereby granted.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the council of the city of Alameda
