RESOLVED, by the City Godhail of the Sity of ALAMEDA that the mayor be
and he is hereby authorised, for and in behalf of the said coaneil and said city, to eme-
cute the annosxed agreement uith the other east bay cities joining thereia, \thereby the city
of ALAMEDA agrees to contribute the sum of ONE THOUSAND TWO BUNDLED AND BIBBY
Dollars U. o a joint fdne to resist the pending application of the 4icificW1tiPhaae
and Telegraph Comp . The city clerk is hereby directed to attest said agree-
ment.
RESOLVED, that a certified copy of said agreement, with a certified copy
of tnis resolati ntNt"idcjited, be sent to thp city attorney of Oakland, chairman of the joint
anti-teleenone oommittee.
