AUTHDRIZ DIG THE RECREATION DEPARTMENT TO CONDUCT A
PUBLIC CHRISTMAS TREE FESTIVAL FOR CHILDREN, AND
APPROPRIATING 0200.00 NOR THE EXPENSES THEREOF.
RES(LVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that the Recreation Depart-
ment of the city be and it is hereby authorized to hold and conduct a public Christmas
Tree Festival for the children.
RESOLVED, that Gus Wagner be and he is hereby authorized to have direct charge
of said festival under the general super-eision and control of the City Manager and Super-
intendent of Parks and Playgrounds.
RESOLVED, that the sum of Two Hundred Dollars (200.00), or so much thereof .
as may be found necessary, be and the same is hereby appropriated to defray the exrenses
of said festival.
I, the uedersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the city cf Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 6th day of December, 1927, by the llowing vote, te wit:
YES: Councilmen Calcutt, Latham, Neiso, Noble and President Otis, (5).
HOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
