CONNIRMING STATEMENT OF EXPENSES.
WHEREAS, E. E. Rogers, the Building Inspector of the City of Adameda, has
submitted au iteadzed account of the expenses involved in the razing end removal of
the condemned building or structure situated at -No. 1560 Bielia Vista Avenue,
AND WHEREAS, it appears from his affidavit on file that the lumber and
materials in said condemned building or structure were sold at public notion by
him in pursuance of the provisions of Ordinance No. 161, N. S., and that said
itemized statement was mailed to the reputed owner and also posted on the property
in, time, form and manoer as required by said ordinance, including notice of this
heating on the approval and conformation of said account, and the same now being
submitted to the Council for final action,
IT Id HEREBY RESOLVED AND ORDERED that said statement and account as this
day submitted be, and the same is hereby approved and confirmed, and the surplus
money remainAng after paying all expenses in connection therewith is hereby ordered
to be deposited with the City Treasurer to the credit of said owner.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the oity of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 20th day of December, 1927, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES; Councilmen Caleutt, Latham, Nei so, Noble and ?resident Otis, (5).
