RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, and said. council
hereby finis and determines that the pullic interest aEd necessity require the
acquisition by said City of Alameda For use by said city for a dumping grounds
for.refnee and/or other municipal purposes all of that certain lot, piece or
parcel of land situate, lying and heing in. 21112 city. of Alameda, county of
Riameda, state of California, and more particularly described ao follow's;
Beginning at a. point in the Northern line of Lot No.15,
in Section 19, Township 2 South, Range 2 ghst, .0 00 Diablo
Ease and Meridian, as said Lot • is delineated and so designated
upea that certain. Map entitled, "Sale Map No. 10, of Salt Elar$1
and Tilelands, situate 111 the County 0. Alameda, State of
Californip"and filed June 19, 1888, in 21,1. Office of the County
Recorder of Alameda Connty; distant thereon Uesterly 125 fest
from the Bartheastern corner of said :tat No. 16; running
thence Westerly alonn said line of Lot No. 12, 230 feet;
thence due south 1320 feet, to the Southern line of said Lot
No. 16; thence Easterly thereon.. 230 feet; thence dur North

rected, for and on behold of said city and its city council, to subscribe to a
compaint 1.1 the superior court of said 2.1amoda County for 211 condemnation of
