RESOLUTION NO. 1215.
APPOINTINE ADS EMPLOYISR BURNETT FAHILTON ENGINEER
OD WORK.
RESOLVED, by the council of the it of Alameda that said council
appoint and employ Burnett Hamilton, a competent engineer, as "Engineer of
York' for the purpose of doing and forndshine all the civil engineering or and
services, surveying and all similar work end services necessary to tte proper
aerformance of the following improvement to to made in said city to-wit;
The sowering, grading, pavies, and
constructing of sidewalks, curbs and gutters
in Petster Street from the segrogetion line
(so-ealled) to the northern line of Tynan
Avenue, under and pursuant to the previsions
of the Acquisition elle improvement Act of 1925.
RESOLVED, that saia council hereby appoint and designate said Burnett
Hamilton a competent person for the purpose of preparing and furnishiny the speoi-
ficationa for maaing said improvement.
• RESSIVED, that whereas said Burnett Hamilton 12 now city Engineer 01
eaid city under salary, he be appointed as said engineer of work and designated
to prepare said specifications without companation-
