WEEREAC, applications have been made b the persons hereinafter
named for a permit to sell non-intoxicating beverages, commonly called soft
arinkh, la the city o1 Alameda, in accordance with the provisions and recuire-
ents of Ordinance No. 262, N.3. of said Ci.Q; flOW thcrefOre be it
RESOLVED, by the council of the city of Alameda, that a permit be

ann in surepance of the erovisions of:said ordinance authorizing the sale and
dispensation of non-intoxicating beverages, commonly called soft drinks, by the

RESOINED, that the license collector be, and he is hereby authorized

tax of 85.08 per year or fraction thereof, payable in advance.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the council of the city of
Alameda in. regular meeting assembled on the Ith any of February, 1928, by the
