RESOLIELD, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that the lease dated
Debraary lith, 1928, firom ALAMEEA. BELT LINE to the CITY OT ALAMEDA, a municipal
aorporation, leasing to said city a strip o land therciu described as follows;
the ifollowing descritmd premises in the County f Alameda and in said City of
Alameda, to-wit;
Beginnina; at a point on the western line of
tract n•mber 52, said point lying 95.21 feet north.erl]
from the southwest corner of esin tract; thence south
84 degrees 10 minutes east 458.25 feet; thence north
5 degrees 56 minutes. west 15.31 feet; thence north a4
deghees 19 minutes west 436.23 feet; thence south 1
