REOUIRING CITY PLANNING OORMISSION TO REMEMEND
NEW ZONING REGULATIONS.
'51IEREAS, the City Planning Comndssion and the special committee
or by the council have been considering amendments and changes in the

such buildings and retort approhriate regulations and restrictions to be en-
