RESOLUTION OV ACCEPTANCE ATE CONSENT TO RECORDATION
RE WADENING 0' WEBSTER STREET.
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City (3 Alameda, that the grant frnm
the Alameda Smlt Line, a. corporation, 91) the City of Mlameda, 0113 public agency
dedicating that certain piece or carrel of land situate in. the City of Alameda,
County or Alameda, State of California, and more particularly described as
ollows;
Commencing at the southwest earner of Trent 372, as said tract is
delineated and co designated u that certain mab entitled "Ulop of
Alameda Marsh Land us partitioned among the owners thereoi in the Suit
No. 5923 and entitled Racific Imcrovement Company, Flaintiff, Y2 James
A. aymire, et el., Dnfeadants, and filed July. 30., 190C, in the office
of the County Recorder go" Alameda. County, in mar boob= 25, pages 74 to 7e,
and running thence N. 1' 39' E., along the westerly line of Tract 32,
