RESOLDMION OE ABOETTANEE AND CONSENT TO RECORDATION
NE MARION AVENUE.
WHEREAS, M. jratice and Marian B. Justice, his wife, desire to
dedicate the necessary land to constitute a new street situated between Regent
Street and Broadway and running from Bay Island Avenue to the south shore and
convey said land to the gity of Alameda as a rublic agbnoy ferthat pnrpose,

BEROJETEE, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that the deed
or grant from said. N. T. justice and Marian. E. justice, his wife, to the City
of Alameda, a municipal corporation, dated March 31.3, 1928, coaveying to said
