WHEREAS, an application has been made by the person hereinafter
earned for a permit to sell nonecihtoxicting bemerages, commonly celled soft
Rrinks, in the City of Alameda, in aceordxsne it the provisiona and require-
mants o Ordinance No. 262, a.S. of said city; now therefore be it
RESOLVED by the council of the citr of alameda, that a permit
be and it is hereby gmanted and a license is hereby authorized to be issued
ander and in pursuance of the provisions of said ordinance authorizing the sale
and dispensation of son-intoxicating boverages„ commonly called soft drinks,
