Resolution 01239RESOLUTION NO. 1239., DEGREASING THE WIDTH OT BHP SIDEWALKS ON BOTH SIDES OF PARK StREET BETWEEN BUENA VISTA AND GI:-AL AVENUES TO THIRTEEN PEET AHD ESTABLISHING A NEW CURS 1I NE IN AGOORDAHOE THEREWITH. RESOLVED, b the Council of the City of Alameda that public interest and convenience require that the sidewalks on Park Street from the southern curb line of Buena Vista Avenue to the northern curb line of Encinal Avenue be, and they are ordered to be decreased in width from sixteen (16) feet to thir- teen (13) feet; and it is hereby resolved and ordered that the official curb line for said portion of Park Street, on both sides thereof, be and the same is hereby fixed and established as a line in said street located thir- teen (13) feet distant and parallel from the property line on either side thereof. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 17th Jay of April, 1926, by the following vote, to-it: AvES: Councilmen Calcutt, Latham, Neies, Noble and President Otis, (5).
